In order to ensure freshness and the most effective delivery method, Sweet Sally’s ships orders via Federal Express. Baked goods can be shipped within the continental United States.
Please provide us with a street address and be sure to include a suite or apartment number when necessary. Federal Express requires a telephone number for all shipments. Federal Express is unable to ship to US Post Office boxes.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Sweet Sally's.
Shipping Times
All of our products are custom baked and generally require at least 36 hours to roll the dough, bake and package your sweet gifts. Should you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at 646-662-7192 and we'll advise you on which shipping method to choose.
We ship from the great state of New Jersey (zip code: 07506). To estimate shipping delivery times to your area, please access the Federal Express website.
To ensure freshness of your baked goods and sweets, we typically ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Warm Weather Shipping
Sweet Sally's recommends that the chocolate items be shipped via one-day Federal Express during the months of May through September. Please choose this shipping option prior to check out.
Returns
All of our products are perishable and therefore all food sales are final. Sweet Sally's does not accept returns. If the product was damaged in shipping, please contact Sweet Sally's at clientservice@sweetsallys.com to discuss the issue and arrange for a replacement order.
